Teamwork

I'm a serious reader. I love reading non-fiction books, especially success and business books. One of the things that is a constant theme in those books is the importance of having a great team. Even when we see an individual stand on the stage to receive a prestigious award, they always start thanking individuals that helped them along the way. Many times the "get off the stage" music starts playing while the person is still trying to run through the names of all the individuals that played a part in getting them to that point.

This just makes is clear to me that my team is vital to my success in the music business. Tracy and I are really excited at the caliber of music industry professionals that have joined and are continuing to join our team. We can see the hand of God moving on our behalf to connect us with the best music and business contacts in the industry.

Business, and especially the music business, is a team sport. I can't wait to see what our team accomplishes for God and for the world.

I'm looking forward to the award show when I ignore the "get off the stage" music to publicly thank my amazing team that helped me reach my dreams.
